Austin's Restaurant & Bar is a locally owned and operated company. Our culture is rooted in excellence, our food begins with quality, and our service consists of teamwork at every step. We began with these principles in 1996 with the opening of our first restaurant "Austin's Restaurant & Bar" in Reading, PA. We did not stop at first success. In 1998 we opened our second restaurant in Langhorne, PA and named it J.B. Dawson's (same quality. . . different name). Since then we have opened two more J.B. Dawson's; one in Drexel Hill PA and our newest in Lancaster, PA. We will be opening more J.B .Dawson's restaurants in the greater Philadelphia area, but as everyone knows good things take time. While plenty of restaurants have their sights set on being everywhere, our sights are set on being the best. We understand that our future is dependent on how we perform today and that our growth will come one plate at a time.
